(Dan Tri) – The US-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW) said that Washington’s delay in providing aid may be bringing significant benefits to the Russian military against Ukrainian forces.

ISW believes that persistent US delays in providing security assistance to Ukraine are limiting the ability of Kiev forces to conduct effective defense, while giving the Russian military flexibility to conduct operations.

First, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky noted that the persistent lack of air defense and artillery systems prevents Kiev from effectively defending against Moscow’s air and ground attacks.
